Overview
WaterWays Township is a 2,300-acre gated community located in Richmond Hill, Georgia, approximately 25 miles south of Savannah. This master-planned community made up of several neighborhoods, has six-and-a-half miles of marsh frontage, over three miles of navigable lagoons, and a thousand acres of ancient oak hammocks. Central to all of the Waterways neighborhoods is Ridgewood Amenity Center, featuring a junior Olympic swimming pool, fitness center, and a screened pavilion with an outdoor fireplace and gourmet grill. The Grand Lagoon provides an ideal setting for a casual afternoon of canoeing or an invigorating workout by kayak.
